Maree is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology, passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through life's challenges. Maree has experience working with a broad range of mental health concerns across the lifespan, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationship difficulties, grief, stress, and emotional regulation. Maree believes therapy should be as unique as the individual. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Maree tailors treatment to each client's needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Alongside these approaches, Maree incorporates a holistic perspective, recognising the connection between mind, body, emotions, and environment to support lasting wellbeing. Maree's goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to develop practical skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
